以毛乌素沙地3种沙丘(新月形沙丘、抛物线形沙丘和反向沙丘)为研究对象,对其形态、表沙粒度特征和区域风况进行了量化分析,探讨了沙丘表沙物理运动过程及其形态对外界条件(风况和地表植被)变化的反馈,揭示了沙丘表沙粒度特征对不同沙丘形态的响应机制。结果表明:新月形沙丘表沙平均粒径由迎风坡底部向顶部逐渐变小,分选呈现逐渐变好趋势, 但粒径较小和分选较差的表沙样出现在沙丘迎风坡中部。随着地表植被覆盖度的增加,新月形沙丘逐渐向抛物线形沙丘转变,近地表输沙能力和沙丘上风向沙源的供应同样受到限制,致使抛物线形沙丘由迎风坡底部向顶部呈现表沙平均粒径变大,而分选逐渐变好的趋势。毛乌素沙地内季节性风况(春季盛行强劲西北风,夏季盛行较弱东南风)的变化不仅促进了反向沙丘的发育,并且重组了西北盛行风影响下的表沙粒度特征。在夏季反向风风蚀的作用下,沙丘落沙坡顶部出现反向堆积和脊线反向移动的现象,同时其顶部呈现平均粒径由小变大、分选逐渐变好的趋势。  相似文献

本研究对西藏鄂雅错盐湖和主要支流中不同形态的砷(亚砷酸盐As(Ⅲ)、砷酸盐As(Ⅴ)、一甲基砷酸MMA、二甲基砷酸DMA)和总汞(THg)含量进行了测定,并与主要水质参数进行相关性分析研究,结果表明鄂雅错盐湖As主要以As(Ⅴ)形态存在,其次分别为As(Ⅲ)、DMA和MMA,其中无机砷的含量明显大于有机砷。相比较其他砷的形态,盐湖中As(Ⅲ)与主要水质参数的相关性显著,与总溶解性固体(TDS)、总溶解态氮(DTN)呈显著的强正相关性,与水温、溶解氧 (DO)、氧化还原电位(Eh)、pH呈显著负相关性。总汞浓度较低,且与主要水质参数相关性不显著。通过风险评价发现鄂雅错湖水中砷存在一定的致癌健康风险,汞不存在风险。本研究丰富了西藏盐湖和支流水体中砷、汞分布特征及其环境影响因素的认识,对于环境保护具有一定的意义。  相似文献

杞麓湖是滇中高原湖泊的典型代表之一,近年来湖泊形态变化频繁且明显。基于2010—2021年的Landsat卫星影像,提取杞麓湖湖泊面积、湖岸线长度以及湖泊质心等数据,并计算出其他湖泊形态特征指标的数值。结合各年湖岸线的具体形态,对所获取数据的变化趋势及其原因进行分析,得出湖泊形态在时间与空间两个维度上的变化特征。根据专题地图制图的理论与规范,运用“形”“数”结合的方法对研究内容进行可视化表达,绘制杞麓湖湖泊形态的专题地图。  相似文献

新城金矿床是胶西北金矿集区中典型的破碎带蚀变岩型金矿床,其热液成矿作用可划分为四个阶段:黄铁矿-石英-绢云母阶段(I)、石英-黄铁矿阶段(II)、石英-多金属硫化物阶段(III)和石英-方解石阶段(IV),其中金主要赋存于II和III阶段的黄铁矿内。该矿床赋矿围岩为郭家岭岩体,岩性为石英二长岩和二长花岗岩,主要为胶东群变质基底经部分熔融形成。胶东群变粒岩硫同位素较为均一(δ34S值介于6.9‰~9.4‰,均值为8.0‰);郭家岭岩体的δ34S值介于6.0‰~16.0‰,均值为8.6‰,反映了其硫同位素组成总体上继承了变粒岩的硫同位素特征;长英质脉岩的δ34S值变化范围为0.8‰~8.5‰(均值为6.7‰),其中4件样品的δ34S值变化范围为7.4‰~8.5‰,反映了其硫主要源自于郭家岭岩体,变粒岩可能提供了部分硫源;而其中1件样品的δ34S值仅为0.8‰,符合岩浆硫来源特征,表明深部岩浆可能也提供了部分硫源。新城金矿床矿石中硫化物δ34S值变化范围较大(4.3‰~10.6‰,均值为8.3‰),表明矿石硫可能源于郭家岭岩体、变粒岩和长英质脉岩,最终主要来源于胶东群变质基底。I阶段黄铁矿颗粒较小(5~600μm),晶形主要为立方体,反映其处于温度较高(300~350℃)、成矿流体的过饱和度较低、低氧逸度和硫逸度、冷却快速、物质供应不足的成矿环境;黄铁矿δ34S值变化范围为8.4‰~10.6‰,均值为9.7‰,反映了矿石硫可能源自于δ34S值较高的郭家岭岩体和变粒岩。II和III阶段黄铁矿粒径变化较大(3μm~2.5mm),晶形主要为五角十二面体,反映其处于中-低温度(200~300℃)、成矿流体过饱和度高、高氧逸度和硫逸度、缓慢冷却同时物质供应充分的成矿环境。其中,II阶段黄铁矿δ34S值变化范围为7.7‰~9.7‰,均值为8.7‰,表明矿石硫源除郭家岭岩体和变粒岩外,δ34S值较低的长英质脉岩可能也提供了部分硫源。III阶段硫化物δ34S值变化范围较大(4.3‰~9.4‰,均值为7.1‰),闪锌矿-方铅矿硫同位素热力学平衡温度范围为180~282℃,氧逸度约为10-37.3~10-36.8,反映了矿石硫源自于郭家岭岩体、变粒岩和长英质脉岩,硫化物δ34S值变化范围较大可能是硫同位素分馏达到平衡的结果。IV阶段黄铁矿粒径最小(1~5μm),为晶形完好、表面光滑的立方体晶形,表明其处于较低温度(200℃),成矿流体的过饱和度较低、氧逸度和硫逸度较低、物质供应不足的成矿环境。  相似文献

为探究江苏中部沿海双凸型剖面演变特性,在江苏盐城川东港南侧潮间带布设了10个水准观测站,2012年9月至2013年11月对该潮滩剖面演变过程开展了现场观测.结果表明:该潮滩剖面呈现出双凸型特征,平均高、低潮位线附近的滩涂形成淤积率较高的地形凸点;潮间上带受潮流影响小,滩面高程相对稳定;平均高、低潮位之间的区域滩面高程季节性变化明显,总体呈现冲刷状态;潮间下带冲刷显著,滩面坡度增大.全剖面自岸向海呈现"稳定—淤积—稳定—淤积—冲刷"的双凸型剖面特征.  相似文献

The gastric shield and underlying stomach epithelium of Chlymas ffarreri were examined at the light and ultrastructural levels.The results showed that the gastric shield consisted of two different size lobes joined together by a narrow middle piece,the thicker lobe was shaped like a funnel,but unclosed at the lateral side;the other lobe was irregularly triangular-shaped.The transverse section of the thicker lobe was obviously laminated and gradually decreased in thickness from the peak to the margins of the shield.The underlying epithelium bore numerous about 3μm diameter spherical processes formed by the apical plasmalemma of the epithelial cells becoming blunt pseudopodia.Microvilli and some interspersed cilia were present in the areas among the spherical processes regions where only microvilli existed.Rough endoplasmic reticulum,Golgi apparatus,different-sized electron-dense secretory granules and electron-lucent vacuoles as well las abundant mitochondria were present in the underlying epithelial cells.Fused droplets of the secretion from the underlying epithelial cells formed the gastric shield.  相似文献

The highest resolution images of Comet 19P/Borrelly show many dark features which, upon casual inspection, appear to be low albedo markings, but which may also be shadows or other photometric variations caused by a depression in the local topography. In order to distinguish between these two possible interpretations we conducted a photometric analysis of three of the most prominent of these features using six of the highest quality images from the September 22, 2001 Deep Space 1 (DS1) flyby. We find that: 1. The radiance in the darkest parts of each feature increases as phase angle decreases, similarly to the radiance behavior of the higher albedo surrounding terrain. The dark features could be either fully illuminated low albedo spots or, alternatively, they could be depressions. No part of any of the three regions was in full shadow. 2. One of the regions has a radiance profile consistent with a rimmed depression, the second, with a simple depression with no rim, and the third with a low albedo spot. 3. The regolith particles are backscattering and carbon black is one of the few candidate regolith materials that might explain this low albedo. We conclude that Borrelly's surface is geologically complex to the limit of resolution of the images with a combination complex topography, pits, troughs, peaks and ridges, and some very dark albedo markings, perhaps a factor of two to three darker than the average 3-4% albedo of the surrounding terrains. Our technique utilizing measured radiance profiles through the dark regions is able to discriminate between rimmed depressions, rimless depressions and simple albedo changes not associated with topography.  相似文献

Three continuous marine fish cell lines of FG (i. e., Hounder Gill) from flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) gill, SPH (i. e. , Sea Perch Heart) from sea perch (Lateolabrax japonicus) heart and RSBF (i.e., Red Sea Bream Fin) from red sea bream (Pagrosomus major) fin, were characterized by lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) isozyme and morphological analysis. The LDH isozyme patterns of these three cell lines and their corresponding tissues of origin were investigated and compared. The results showed: (1) No difference was found in the LDH isozyme patterns of FG and flounder gill tissue. However, the LDH isozyme patterns of SPH and RSBF were significantly different from their corresponding tissues of origin; (2) LDH isozyme patterns of FG, SPH and RSBF were markedly different from each other and could serve as genetic markers for species identification and detection of cross contamination. Morphological change analysis of these three cell lines in comparison to their original tissues indicated that FG cells still appeared epithelioid without morphological transformation. However, morphological changes were found in SPH and RSBF compared to their original tissues. Therefore, the cellular morphology was still plastic in the relatively stable culture conditions, and it was possible that change of LDH patterns wasrelated to morphological changes of fish cells in vitro.  相似文献

Charophyte (Charales, green macroscopic algae) assemblages found in Quaternary shoreline sediments from Salina del Bebedero, Argentina, are described in detail, illustrated, and statistically analysed. Fossil gyrogonites, Late Pleistocene and Holocene in age, of Chara cf. hispida var. major (Hartman) Wood, Chara halina García, Chara hornemannii Wallmann, Chara bulbillifera (Donterberg) García, Lamprothamnium haesseliae Donterberg and Lamprothamnium succinctum (Braun ex Ascherson) Wood were identified. A comparison with extant charophyte species of similar ecological requirements allowed for an accurate systematical determination and provided useful data for complementary palaeoecological and palaeobiogeographical approaches. On this basis, a reconstruction of palaeo-salinities for the Salina del Bebedero lake, represented by eleven palaeo-beaches, is proposed. Also the associations of charophytes with the ostracods Cyprideis sp., Limnocythere sp., Pampacythere sp., Cypridopsis sp., Darwinula sp., Ilyocypris gibba (Randohr) Brady and Norman, and the foraminifers Ammonia sp., Elphidium gunteri Cole, Quinqueloculina sp., and one species of Discorbacea are analysed, since they are present in both the fossil and modern environments.  相似文献
